Dr. Kevin Coogan, a 1980 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, opened the doors of Kentmere Veterinary Hospital in 1987.  A Delaware native, Dr. Coogan is a second generation veterinarian who provides personalized and compassionate care for Kentmere’s pet patients and their human companions.
